Not only did she take the time to talk us through the inspiration process, ensuring that we came up with themes, images and looks that truly fit our style, but then she created several sample designs so we had a plethora of options to choose from. They were all so great we had a really hard time picking! Once the design was picked, Heidi was a champ about painstakingly creating the site to our exact specifications. She worked tirelessly to post hundreds of product images in time for our store opening, and best of all, she wrote an AMAZING how-to guide for us to use going forward, so we can now update the site ourselves, with no prior knowledge of Wordpress!
